The Chevrolet Trailblazer is a midsized SUV that consumers have always enjoyed. It was introduced in 2000 and continues to be going very strong today. When it first came out, it was only offered as a two door vehicle expect for fleet related vehicles. In 2004, the demand for it offered as a four door vehicle to everyone influenced them to do so beginning with this year.

Consumers can pick either the V6 or the V8 engine for the Chevrolet Trailblazer. It depends on how much power the customer would like to have. There are several upgrades available for the interior of the vehicle too. Customers can pick a base interior model or one with all the luxuries and perks.

There is also the option of a third row of seats with certain Chevrolet Trailblazer models. This is referred to as the EXT version. Beginning in 2005, the vehicle has gotten top ratings every single year. They have done so by going beyond what the requirements are for the safety regulations.

In 2011, the second generation was introduced for the Chevrolet Trailblazer. The biggest change here was the backend design. It offers more cargo space and more a rounded layout than before. This helps to offer the cargo space without taking away from the leg or head room featured in the vehicle.

Consumers are asking for a hybrid model of the Chevrolet Trailblazer. There are rumors swirling that this may be introduced in 2015. However, nothing has been confirmed yet by the company.
