This price hardly went through any changes and remained at AED 68,000 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -11 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. The average price has risen 8 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (AED 69,653) during February and March.
