Nissan Patrol Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Nissan Patrol cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price in April was of AED 238,703. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at AED 243,340 during May. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -27 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -31 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from AED 208,406 to AED 142,835.
The average price for Nissan Patrol has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is AED 54,112.6. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (AED 21,250) moving up till (AED 121,480)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 142 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 9 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (AED 143,365.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of AED 155,766.5.

They are 77 % more affordable than the average price (AED 146,701). Next with a price of AED 77,610 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "25,000 - 50,000". It is 11% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" priced at AED 115,565.
