During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 58 % from AED 32,700 to AED 51,828. The average price has had spectacular rise of 74 % with an average price of AED 42,264 during the previous 4 months and AED 73,700 during the most recent months in February and March.
