Chevrolet Caprice Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Chevrolet Caprice cars have increased during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in September the average price was AED 17,186. October went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till AED 20,423. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price rose somewhat going from AED 18,804.5 to AED 20,591.5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -14 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from AED 19,698 to AED 16,953 during January and February.
The average price for Chevrolet Caprice has had a strong rise in recent years. During 2006 and 2006, the average price was AED 7,667. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years (2007, 2009) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 48 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 36 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (AED 17,891.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2011, 2012) with a price of AED 24,416.5.
