BMW X5 Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for BMW X5 cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price in November was of AED 69,982. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at AED 69,682 during December. During the following two months (January, February) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 61 % from AED 69,832 to AED 112,400. The average price has had spectacular rise of 69 % with an average price of AED 91,116 during the previous 4 months and AED 153,836.5 during the most recent months in March and April.
The average price for BMW X5 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2005 and 2015, the average price is AED 54,843.64. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2005 (AED 13,000) moving up till (AED 159,091)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 314 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 9 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (AED 248,893.25) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of AED 270,651.
