BMW X5 Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW X5 cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In September the average price per vehicle is AED 110,955. During October the price went trough a strong deflation till AED 72,949. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -24 % compared to the previous two months studied. The average price has had spectacular rise of 39 % with an average price of AED 80,892 during the previous 4 months and AED 112,400 during the most recent months in January and February.
The average price for BMW X5 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2003 and 2014, the average price is AED 43,360.09. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2003 (AED 9,667) moving up till (AED 121,659)in 2014. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 258 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 18 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (AED 189,788.25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2017, 2018) with a price of AED 224,143.

They are 81 % more affordable than the average price (AED 137,224). Next with a price of AED 38,840 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 35% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of AED 139,028.
