BMW X5 Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW X5 cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. During the first month analyzed in February the average price was AED 137,224. March went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till AED 161,353. The following two months (April, May) the selling price went through a devaluation of -13 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -49 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from AED 139,738.5 to AED 70,761.5.
The average price for BMW X5 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2005 and 2013, the average price is AED 36,461.33. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2005 (AED 20,000) moving up till (AED 70,071)in 2013. During the next two years (2014, 2015) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 217 %. During the last two years the price has remained constant with regard to the previous 4 years, going from an average price of AED 114,187.5 in 2016 and AED 112,812.5 during 2018.
