BMW X5 Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for BMW X5 cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in June the average price was AED 70,612. July went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till AED 101,634. During the following two months (August, September) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 32 % from AED 86,123 to AED 113,963.5. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -29 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from AED 100,043.25 to AED 71,465.5.
The average price for BMW X5 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2007 and 2013, the average price is AED 44,330.86. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2007 (AED 25,375) moving up till (AED 72,563)in 2013. During the next two years (2014, 2015) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 182 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 17 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (AED 149,491) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2016, 2018) with a price of AED 174,160.5.
