BMW Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for BMW cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In October the price for a car is AED 170,856 increasing till AED 183,250 in November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 54 % from AED 177,053 to AED 271,998.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 74 % with an average price of AED 224,525.75 during the previous 4 months and AED 390,525 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for BMW has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2006 and 2020, the average price is AED 65,211.13. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2006 (AED 18,300) moving up till (AED 171,166)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 107 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 18 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (AED 164,472.75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2023, 2024) with a price of AED 193,942.5.

They are 94 % more affordable than the average price (AED 357,444). Next with a price of AED 57,451 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 3% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at AED 217,656.

These are followed by those with 3 doors with an average price of AED 35,000.
