BMW Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for BMW cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price for September is AED 24,400. During October there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till AED 21,730. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from AED 23,065 to AED 23,643.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 343 % with an average price of AED 23,354.25 during the previous 4 months and AED 103,527 during the most recent months in January and February.
The average price for BMW has remained constant in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2009 to 2021, the average price was AED 56,894.25. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2009 (AED 43,667) and 2021 (AED 13,316). During the following two years, cars belonging to the brand aforementioned had a strong deflation in their selling price of -70 % compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have experienced a depreciation of -10 % compared to the average prices for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from prices from the the previous four years in a previous sample (AED 15,300.25) and the the last two years analyzed (2024, 2025) with a price of AED 13,725.
The graph that displays the price for BMW cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "less than 10,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 63 % more affordable than the average price (AED 50,985). Next with a price of AED 34,625 and a mileage range of "more than 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "25,000 - 50,000". It is 182% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of AED 103,094.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for BMW cars marks "Gasoline" as the most costly fuel type. It is 42 % more expensive than the average market price (AED 50,985) followed by "Diesel" priced at AED 88,000. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 73 % higher than the average market price followed by "Gasoline" which costs AED 72,423.
