A terrific looking luxury sedan is the Lexus LS. It was introduced in 1989 and continues to be a great selling vehicle today. The first generation was created through 1992. While the vehicle had plenty of upscale luxuries inside, it was quite basic outside. It had a box like design with plenty of trunk space.
The second generation of the Lexus LS was created from 1994 to 1997. Many changes to the body style of the vehicle where incorporated. This included changes to the grill, a rounder look to the side and rear, and even the option of a sunroof.
Today, the Lexus LS is one of the best made luxury sedans available. It is durable inside and out with quality materials in the cabin. It offers comfortable seats with ample leg and head space. It also has a decent amount of cargo space which consumers are happy about.
All of the Lexus LS models feature a powerful V8 engine. They also feature rear wheel drive. The introduction of all wheel drive has been in the lineup since 2006 as part of the optional package. There is also a hybrid version that was introduced in 2007.
Safety has always been a #1 factor for the Lexus company, and they don’t disappoint in that area with the LS. In fact, the top of the line safety features are part of the reason people feel justified paying for the luxury sedan versus some of the other options they have to pick from.
